Aerosmith's Steven Tyler Renames Redwing Motorcycle line to Dirico Motorcycles...

December 4, 2008

It's not really our forte to be talking about motorcycles but when Mr Steven Tyler makes an appearance with some breaking news about his new bike line at the New England International Auto Show press conference, we have to report out of respect to one of the greatest rockers of all time.

It was known well before that Mr. Tyler’s Redwing Bikes would be at the show, they were there for viewing in the press conference but there was something off about them: the name Redwing was no longer on the bikes. After some chatting with some fellas at the press conference it became apparent that there would be a name change for the motorcycle line and Steven would be there in person to break the news! What will it be called?

As announced by Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler at the press conference, the new name for the motorcycle line will be Dirico Motorcycles, named after the companies lead engineer and Tyler’s brother in law Marc Dirico. Upon reading the official blog on the web site we noticed that the company was catching some heat for its too similar name to other brands named Redwing; namely Honda. The bikes themselves are built by AC Customs in Manchester New Hampshire.  You can order one at their Manchester AC Customs dealership or the Nashua Harley Davidson locale. We wish Tyler and the rest of the crew the best of luck with the new brand. Rock on!

Head over to Dirico Motorcycles official site to find out more information or to place an order.
